The overall experience was great. The sign-up process and purchase of card was swift and well handled by the staff. I'd especially thank Rajasrita for her promptness, warm nature and helpful attitude, that made my visit a tad bit better than I had hoped for. An absolute must go for people of any age, if your height is not suitable, try squatting, but to play and to have fun is what truly brings us joy. We often happen to forget that, and timezone does an excellent job at helping us out by offering us an opportunity to enjoy such moments amidst our busy schedules. Pure Fun Zone.Good and helpful staff behaviour.They help with every step.Being an adult I still say its a good stress-buster zone.Most machine are rigged.So before entering set a budget limit and play within the limit.Most games are designed such way - that you will feel "its a near-miss.in next chance I will surely win". Then you will tap your card.But that winning moment never comes.Its always remains a near miss. Refrain from the claw machine.They have a payout cycle, means when certain amount is spent the machine will give you a tight grip.Else loose grip. If you want to try.Tap your card four times at once.Then start playing.First three - the claw will be loose.Fourth one will give a tight grip. Final word - Go there but remain within your budget. Redeem the points Timezone, south city mall.It has a good collection of merchandise and beverage and chocolates.Never play at south city, you can play bowling there but nothing else.The whole floor is full of claw machine on one side and shooting game that stops abruptly when you are in crucial junction and forced to tap your card.They will tell you about recharge offer.But there is always an offer or two.Go on tuesday whole and thursday after 4 pm, play the games available at half price.Always keep in mind they will make sure you spend more, the machines are rigged to give you a "near-miss" feel.Decide a budget and play. You can delete your account in the app.The staff will never close your accoumt.Limit reload budget.Go play within the budget, accumulate pointes. Redeem them at south city. The staff member was बेहद polite, attentive, and always ready to help. They guided us properly with the games, ensured everything was running smoothly, and maintained a very friendly attitude throughout. What stood out the most was their patience and professionalism, even during busy hours. They made sure every customer felt comfortable and enjoyed their time.
