We recently visited Timezone with our little ones and had a wonderful experience. Dnyaneshwar Waghmare was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to explain the games, kept the kids entertained, and even went the extra mile to check for the plush toys they were looking for. His genuine focus on customer satisfaction made our visit truly special and created lasting memories for our children. Our experience was quite disappointing. Several games were either out of order or not functioning properly, which greatly reduced the available options despite the place being extremely crowded. The gaming area also felt congested, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. What disappointed me the most was the staff's attitude. While I was in the middle of a game, it developed a technical issue. I immediately informed a staff member, but the concern was simply ignored, with no attempt to resolve the problem or even acknowledge it. The overall service felt unprofessional and indifferent. Considering the prices charged, I expected much better maintenance and customer support. There is another gaming zone on the same floor that appeared to be better managed and more organized. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless they improve game maintenance, crowd management, and customer service.Read More
