The Capital Mall in Nallasopara is a popular shopping and entertainment destination with a good ambience and many branded stores. It has a large food court, gaming zone, and multiplex, making it a great place to hang out with friends and family. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of shopping and dining options, though it can get crowded on weekends. Capital Mall, Vasai was honestly my go-to place for shopping while I was in Vasai, mainly because there aren’t too many other good shopping or hangout options nearby. While it’s definitely smaller compared to many malls in Mumbai/Delhi, it still manages to offer a decent overall experience and is a great addition to the area. In terms of shopping, there are a few prominent brands available—for example, The Body Shop, which is a nice find here. From the collection and variety point of view, I felt Pantaloons had the best range, especially when it comes to clothing options. Zudio clearly has the highest footfall; the pricing and collection are quite good and enjoyable for casual shopping. Apart from shopping, there’s also a gaming zone, which adds to the entertainment options. The mall has PVR for movies—it gives the mall a premium touch. I personally never ended up watching a movie here, but it’s definitely a big plus and makes the mall feel more complete. The food court was the main highlight for me. It genuinely doesn’t disappoint. You have good pizza chains, quick meal options like Box8 (Desi Meals), plus donuts, chai, and a few other snack/dessert/meal varieties. There’s enough choice for everyone, and it’s a great place to relax after shopping. We celebrated Women’s day and birthdays here. One downside though—getting autos/cabs in the evening is very difficult; fares are extremely high. It’s better to drive your own vehicle if you’re planning to visit, especially later in the day. Overall, despite being a smaller mall, Capital Mall is a great addition to Vasai and serves as a solid shopping + food + entertainment destination.Read More
