Come and enjoy this beginner-friendly illustrative portrait making FUN!

If you love yourself, then show it. If you are a bit shy then explore it. It's for both camera-friendly and camera shy.

In this workshop, you will learn simple techniques to design character illustrations that you will apply and paint your very own toon portraits.

Anybody can do it, be it a beginner or an expert, be it a child or an adult. It's for everyone. It's not about creating masterpieces but about having a lot of fun!

All materials will be provided at the venue. And upon finishing the workshop you get to take away an illustrated-portrait of yourself, Painted by you!

Makes for a fun artwork to add some color to your empty walls.

About the Instructor:

Gaurav Hablani is an Indian Designer/Illustrator who recently quit his Day job as a Creative Director at a young Digital Agency to follow more creatively satisfying pursuits in life.

Instructions:

1. We'll need 2 high-resolution portraits of yours that you would like to Toonify in this workshop.

2. One of the two pictures will be printed and provided to you on the day of the workshop.

3. We'll have quick introductions and talk about all our favorite cartoons growing up!

4. We'll give you a basic introduction into the cartooning principles which will be followed by planning your toonification.

5. The final step would be to work with acrylic paints and execute the vision that you have for your portrait.

Voila, your Masterpiece is ready to brighten up your walls.
