Tribal Gourmet × LBS

A one-night Northeast Indian pop-up by Tanisha Phanbuh, founder of Tribal Gourmet. Tanisha has been championing the flavours of Northeast India through her food pop-ups across some of the country’s most celebrated hospitality spaces.

Her journey includes being a Top 20 contestant on MasterChef India Season 6, a finalist and Runner-Up on Hills On A Plate, and reaching the final round of Femme Foodies, where she finished 4th and earned the “Tribal Gourmet” tag from Chef Ranveer Brar — which later became the name of her venture.
