As we celebrate the 135th year of the Sarvajanik Ganesh Utsav in 2026, learn to make the steamed Modak using rice flour, coconut & jaggery, the most famous sweet / prasad offered to Lord Ganapti, as we teach you step by step how to make the coconut & jaggery stuffing, the rice flour dough and then the final crafting of the Modak.

The workshop will be hosted by Chef Rucha Marathe who has immense experience in the hospitality industry.
