I visited Underdoggs yesterday to watch the Argentina vs. Spain match with a group of five friends. My expectations were very high because I used to visit the Vasant Kunj Underdoggs frequently during my school days, and I always had a great experience. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. Here are the major issues we faced: 1. Poor management: We paid for a package that included 4 veg starters, 4 non-veg starters, and unlimited beer. However, the service was completely unorganized, and we never received what we had paid for in a proper manner. 2. Unlimited beer wasn’t actually unlimited: We were a group of five people and received only around 14 beer pints in total. After that, we were told they had run out of beer. Selling an “unlimited beer” package without sufficient stock is highly unprofessional and misleading. 3. Excessive delay in food: We had to repeatedly follow up for our pizza and dim sums. After waiting nearly 80 minutes, the food finally arrived, but it tasted like it had simply been reheated in a microwave. 4. Self service despite paying for table service: Our waiter brought only about 8 beers to the table. For the remaining beers, my friend and I had to stand in long queues at the bar ourselves. If we’re spending the entire match standing in line for food and drinks, what’s the point of booking a match viewing experience? 5. Unprofessional staff behavior: One staff member took away one of our chairs without asking and then started giving unnecessary justifications instead of resolving the issue respectfully. 6. Terrible smoking room conditions: The smoking room had almost no ventilation, no air conditioning, and no proper air circulation. It was extremely uncomfortable and needs immediate attention. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Underdoggs. We traveled all the way from Delhi with high expectations, hoping to enjoy the match and have a memorable evening, but instead we left frustrated and disappointed. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its planning, customer service, and overall experience especially for major sporting events where customers are paying a premium expecting quality service.Read More

Went to Underdoggs Gurgaon to watch the FIFA Final last night and it was an amazing experience! Big screens, great sound, and the whole place was buzzing with football fans. Food and drinks were served quickly even with the crowd. Burgers, fries and beer were perfect for match night. Staff was super energetic and made sure everyone had a good view. Best place in Gurgaon to watch big matches. Will definitely come back.Read More

Had an absolutely amazing time at this sports bar! The atmosphere was full of energy, with everyone cheering and screaming during the live match, which made the experience unforgettable. The bowling zone and pool section were fantastic and kept us entertained for hours. It’s the perfect place to hang out with friends, enjoy games, and have lots of fun.
