You might find yourself holding the grounding strength of Phalakasana (Plank) or Chaturanga, firing up with Navasana (Boat) or Utkatasana (Chair), flowing through Virabhadrasana II & III (Warriors), or finding balance in Vrikshasana (Tree Pose). Other days might open the heart with Setu Bandhasana (Bridge), Shalabhasana (Locust), Dhanurasana (Bow), or challenge you with playful inversions like Crow Pose and Handstand preps.
