Every day, we play different roles.

We become one version of ourselves at work, another with family, another with friends and sometimes, we become so busy performing these roles that we forget to ask:

"Who am I when I don't have to perform?"

Unmask Yourself is not a lecture, a therapy session, or a usual stand-up show. It is an interactive experience where fun, music, laughter, stories, and reflection come together.

What to expect:

1. A guided meditation with a musical journey.

2. Fun and engaging group games.

3. A unique stand-up experience blending comedy, real-life stories, and meaningful realizations.

4. Reflective moments to explore the different masks and versions we carry.

A welcoming space to connect with yourself and others.

Come as you are. Laugh freely, play without judgment, pause for a moment, and explore the person behind the roles you perform every day.

You don't have to remove every mask. You only need to notice the ones you no longer need.

Important Instructions:

Please try to be there by 4:45 PM. Late entry might disturb the session for others.

Participants are requested not to wear socks, as the session will be conducted barefoot.
