1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

2. No seating guaranteed.

3. Only patrons above the drinking age will be served alcohol (21Yrs +).

4. Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

5. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

6. No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue.

7. Hard Rock Cafe does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

8. The consumption of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

9. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

10. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry.

11. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms.

12. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

13. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
