• Ticket charges include unlimited food & drinks
• No alcohol will be served to patrons under legal drinking age (LDA-21+yrs)
• Outside food, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol are not allowed
• Beverages will be served as per brands available with the hotel
• Children above 7 years will not be admitted without tickets.
• Pets will not be allowed in the event.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
• Rights of admission reserved.
• We recommend to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time at the venue.
• Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
• Please carry valid photo id for verification of the ticket holder name along with your e-ticket print out.
• A ticket shall not be a valid ticket if the barcode or hologram has been tampered with
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
• Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost, stolen tickets or damaged tickets
• This is a wrist-band access event. In case wrist-bands are taken off, a replacement wrist-band will not be issued.
• Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced.
• Artist line-up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
• Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons.
• Possession, consumption, sale and dealing in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances attracts stringent punishments under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985
• Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, dangerous items like knife/arms and ammunition etc are strictly prohibited
• The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
• The organizers & the hotel reserve the right to evict anyone from the event premises for unruly behaviors & misconduct as deemed fit by them.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.

·        No bag packs, hand bags etc. are allowed inside the venue. There is NO storage space available at the venue

·        No guns or weapons allowed in the premises.

·        As per government regulations there will be a strict security check at the gate.

·        No pets allowed.

·        Consumption and sale of illegal substances or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

·        Strict action will be taken against anyone who damages the property, creates any nuisances, abuses the staff/management, physical violence etc.

·        Once the pass sold no refund policy

·        Parking, Mobiles and valuables are at owners’ risk.
