All tickets are valid only on the District app and must be shown directly from the app at the time of entry. Screenshots or images of tickets will not be accepted. To ensure a smooth and seamless entry experience, please keep your ticket open and ready on the app while entering the stadium.

Are International Payments allowed while buying tickets?

You can make payments using international credit cards except Amex cards. While using the credit card, verify that the international purchase facility is toggled on and the transaction limit on the card is checked. In case the error persists, we request you contact your bank for further queries.

Failed or incomplete transactions will be automatically refunded to the original mode of payment within 7 working days. In case of concerns, please reach out to events@district.in.

No, modifications or upgrades are not allowed once the booking is completed. However, in case you want to share the Digital tickets with anyone, they can be transferred up to 4 hours before the Match start time.
