ABOUT THE SESSION


Although Ayurveda has gained a tremendous reputation for its herbs, most of its essential wisdom is rarely spoken about. In this interactive session, our Knowledge Contributor – Nidhi Pandya will help you learn about some simple Ayurvedic lifestyle and diet principles that can be applied to your daily routines to live a disease free life. As a result of this session, you will have a more wholesome understanding of Ayurveda as well as be equipped with the tools and techniques required to lead a healthy life.


LET’S GET TO KNOW NIDHI


Nidhi Pandya is a Third Generation Ayurvedic Mind-Body Practitioner. She enables self discovery and balance at the body and mind level. She works with clients all over the world, is a faculty at the Shakti School, USA and writes for Ayurveda and Health Magazine. She has also conducted events for the Chopra Center and Google.
