I am very disappointed with the safety and service at this place. First, there was no proper safety for children. Some screws had been removed, and the metal plate used to join the boards had come out. This is very dangerous and could seriously injure a child. When I informed the staff, one of the ladies replied, "Don't tell me. I can't do anything." If the staff cannot take responsibility or report safety issues, then why are they employed there? Another issue was that some of the activity equipment was switched off. When I asked the billing counter staff, she said those activities were not working and could not be used. However, I had seen the same equipment working just 30 minutes earlier. Later, I noticed that it was turned on only for customers who had booked the party hall. This clearly shows that party hall customers are given priority, even though everyone pays the full entry fee. If certain activities are only for party bookings, they should not be placed in the common play area or included in the general ticket price. If any equipment is not working, it should be repaired before opening the facility. Customers pay for access to all the advertised activities, not for broken or unavailable equipment. The staff seemed more concerned about protecting the property than ensuring the safety of children or assisting customers. They were not supervising the play area, giving safety instructions, or taking responsibility for children's well-being. From my experience, it feels like the management does not care about customer satisfaction or children's safety. They only seem interested in collecting the entry fee. Since this is a well-known company like VGP, they may think no action will be taken against them. I also wonder whether the government regularly inspects and verifies the safety standards of such children's play areas. Children's safety should always be the highest priority.Read More

Nice indoor play area with lots of activities for kids, my brother also had a really fun time. The place is clean and the staff are polite. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but overall it’s a fun experience and worth visiting.Read More
