The play area is not worth visiting, especially if there’s a birthday party happening. The place turns extremely chaotic, and kids can’t really enjoy themselves in the crowd. On top of that, the staff seems completely occupied with the party, so even basic services like getting food become difficult. If you’re planning a casual visit for your child to play, it’s better to avoid this place on days when birthdays are being hosted.Read More

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at this play area, and unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience. During the event, the tattoo artist accidentally spilled the entire bottle of tattoo color all over my daughter's dress and shoes. Accidents can happen, and we understand that. However, what was truly upsetting was the staff's reaction. Instead of immediately apologizing or trying to help clean up the mess, the tattoo artist and others were laughing about it. Their lack of professionalism and empathy completely spoiled the moment for us. When you're hosting children's birthday parties, you expect the staff to be careful and respectful, especially when dealing with young children. A sincere apology and an effort to resolve the situation would have made a big difference, but neither was offered. We left feeling very disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, trains their staff to behave more professionally, and ensures that other families don't have to go through a similar experience.Read More

While the staff are friendly, they lack basic childcare and engagement skills. On one occasion, my child was the only one playing, and she was left completely unattended inside the play area with no staff present. Since she is under 3 years old, staff should be actively supervising at all times instead of just sitting around. I will not be returning to this play area. Given the poor conditions, it is not worth the money for either the entry fee or the nanny. The play mats are very dirty, and broken fixtures like the door remain unfixed. It is simply not worth the visit. Finally, I was pressured by the staff to write a review on the spot while they watched. This explains the high ratings, but the actual quality of work, cleanliness, and safety responsibility are very poor. I hope management addresses these issues, and I strongly request that you stop forcing customers to leave reviews.Read More
