What is the criteria for counting Adult and Child?

Children: 3.3 ft to 4.6 ft; Adults: 4.6 ft and above. Children under 3.3 ft enter free.

Are all rides open for children?

Children can enjoy specific rides listed in the Kids’ Section.

Can we change the number of persons, visit date, cancel, postpone, or reschedule our visit?

Once booked online, the date cannot be changed, canceled, or modified.

Can we go out of the park and re-enter on the same day?

Re-entry is not permitted. A new ticket is required for same-day re-entry.

Do you accept Cards for making payments?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express.

Will any rides be closed during my visit to the park?

Most rides operate year-round, but some may be closed for maintenance.

Is clicking photos allowed?

Yes, photography is allowed at the Waterpark.

What about water safety? Do you have lifeguards on duty?

Yes, certified lifeguards are stationed at all attractions. First aid is also available.

Do swimming pools and slides have access restrictions?

Very disappointing experience. The costumes provided were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Weekend ticket prices are extremely high compared to the facilities offered. Crowd management was poor, and we had to wait more than 45 minutes for a single ride. Overall, the park felt overcrowded and poorly managed. Not worth the weekend pricing.Read More

Shirdi is not just Sai baba temple and devotion. It is also fun which we get to know at wet and joy water park Shirdi. 30 plus slides for kids and adults . Kids and adult pools. I visited with my Friends, it was really a good experience many types of slides, truly enjoying! but the problem was with their management while on previous visit the Student's Discount was applicable which also shows still active when searched on Google, but in reality it's not updated they don't provide that offer anymore. Also the lunch was complementary in ticket price but even it's not applicable now... genuinely disappointed. A ticket around 1.5K isn't worth the facilities they provide...Read More

I would give 5 star but the front desk staff was too rude had made complaint also ..... Overall I visited on Sunday summer heavy rush all slides were working but every 2 hour some or other were off as they were closing and asking to go at another part .... Internal staff was too good food not good PLZ DONT BUY FOOD PACKAGE INSTEAD IF REQUIRED GO INSIDE AND HAVE BY PAYING as food package not ok staff was rude at serving also they were serving cold food THALI .... All stuff are available there can say at reasonable rate swimming costume tube google etc . You can also rent there ....
