Together, we gently explore:

What is the story?

How did you come to see it this way?

What has this story come to mean about you?

And why might you still be living from it?

The inquiry unfolds through conversation, observation and contemplation. There is no prescribed answer, advice to follow, or promise of transformation.

It is simply a space to pause, look closer and understand yourself through the stories you carry.

This is not a workshop or group activity. Each booking is for one person and one private 90-minute inquiry.
