The Intro to Improv workshop is a gentle, structured way to understand how it all works.

Across two hours, we’ll break down the basics of improv; how to approach spontaneity without overthinking it, how to listen well, how to share control, and how simple ideas can grow into stories together. It’s less about performing and more about reacting and responding in the moment.

If you’ve been curious but didn’t know where to begin, this is a good place to start. No pressure to be funny or quick - this is just safe space to learn, try, and build confidence at your own pace.

Who are Improv Lore?

We are Bangalore-based community-theatre troupe, works towards spreading the art of spontaneous storytelling & unscripted stagecraft, and rekindling the joy of being playful & whimsical. We meet on Wednesdays for Jams, and on weekends for workshops.
