About the Event
Snow on the ground is never a reason to stay indoors, not when you can enjoy winter camping . Need an adventure or a quiet getaway? A winter landscape offers campers solitude, inspiration, natural quiet, and a vast playground to explore winter adventures you never thought you could do.
The purpose of the WINTER WILD HAVEN is to educate, collaborate and celebrate everything winter! Winter campers and enthusiasts from around the region come together to share ideas and show off new creations which aid in the adventures of winter outdoor activities. From cold camping to bonfires from kite sailing to building your snow empire, from arctic adventures to sleeping in cozy tents, from gear swaps to a chili feed, this event covers it all! Join us for a long weekend of camaraderie and exploration.
Tired of the same old, dance and drink till you drop- New year plan every year? Avoid the bustle of the city and try something different this year. Bring in this New Year, under the stars as the sound of a live band’s music wafts through the air.
For this Event, Winter Wild Haven brings you an immersive camping experience spanning 2 nights and 3 days, packed with adventure, music, games, and festivities! Oh and don’t be surprised if you get back to your mundane life with a few new friends you make while camping with us.

• Original Govt. ID Proof needed to avail entry.. Ticket might be checked while entry, so please keep a soft copy handy.
• On arrival, if vehicle is stuck in snow, partipants will trek because of weather reasons.
• There is low network on the place. Means prepare yourself that you will totally cutoff from the world for that 3 days. But if urgent our team will help you.
• No sort of misbehavior will be entertained.
• Attendees should be properly dressed.
• Participants use Dustin for waste.
• Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons. Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• Consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities will be removed from festival site without any refund.
• The holder of this ticket hereby grants organisers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
• The organisers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
• Event Tickets are Non-Refundable, once purchased, but Transferrable.
• Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
• Strictly No Plastic and Glass allowed.
• No Blanket, Sleeping bag, Bedding, Pillows may be removed from Tents/rooms.
• Do not use these items around the firepit. Cleaning Fee will apply.
• Partipants need to fill consent with their bookings or on the arrival
