We recently celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday at Xenos Mahalaxmi. We loved the overall experience. Everything beginning from the process to finalize the birthday, to choices, options were amazing. Jhanvi from their team really helped us plan a perfect birthday. We had about 125 guests, a mix of kids and adults. The play area is spacious and the staff amazing. Even adults enjoyed their time there and had a lot of fun. A special callout to the staff who were amazing in managing the kids and making them have fun. We had asked for a spiderman mascot and theme. The decor was amazing and the guy who was in the spidey costume was also great. The lady who was the tattoo artist, facepainting kids was amazing too. The food was fresh and delicious. Usually in most play area birthday parties, food is microwaves, and unlike not fresh. But here it was great!!! Everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend have a live dosa counter of Narayan dosa. The place is well maintained, clean and equipments are also in great working conditions. A special callout to both Om and Jhanvi who managed our day well, so we could be free to enjoy with our friends and family. The return gift partner they have is also excellent. Our gifts were sorted and everyone of our guests thoroughly loved it. We definitely recommend to have your kids birthday celebrations here. Our overall experience was way above a 5 star rating.Read More

A Perfect Birthday Celebration at Xenos Mahalaxmi – Truly Memorable! We recently celebrated our twins 5th birthday at Xenos Mahalaxmi, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and extremely well-organized. Here's a detailed breakdown of our experience: The venue: The venue is perfectly designed for children — clean, safe, and packed with engaging activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. The play area is spacious and well-maintained, with a great mix of soft play zones, slides, and interactive games that suit a range of ages. 🙌 Service & Staff: The staff at Xenos were absolutely fantastic. Right from the planning stages, they were cooperative, responsive, and full of great suggestions. On the day of the event, the service was seamless — everything was taken care of without us having to ask. The team ensured that the kids were engaged, the guests were comfortable, and that the celebration ran on time. The birthday setup was beautifully done as per our Peppa Pig theme, and the team took care of the decorations, seating, and food arrangements just the way we wanted. The kids had a blast, and the parents could relax knowing their little ones were playing in a secure, well-supervised environment. Highly recommend Xenos Mahalaxmi if you’re looking for a stress-free, fun-filled birthday venue that both kids and adults will enjoy!Read More

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable birthday celebration! If you're searching for the perfect venue to celebrate your child's birthday, your search ends here! We recently celebrated our son's 5th birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable experiences for both our family and our guests. From the moment we booked the party, Jhanvi became our biggest support. I must have called and messaged her a hundred times with endless questions, ideas, last-minute changes, and "what if" scenarios. She patiently answered every single one, shared valuable suggestions, and was constantly in touch to ensure everything was exactly the way we wanted. Her dedication and genuine care made the entire planning process completely stress-free. On the day of the party, everything was simply flawless. The play area was a paradise for the kids—they were so engaged and happy that none of them wanted to leave! The décor was stunning and beautifully put together, making the celebration feel magical. The staff deserves a standing ovation. Every single member was cheerful, proactive, and incredibly supportive. They handled everything with such professionalism that we didn't have to worry about a thing. A special thank you to Om, who ensured everything was running smoothly and was always there whenever we needed anything. We were also touched that the owner himself was personally present, checking on every detail and making us feel so welcomed. That personal touch is something you rarely experience these days. Now let's talk about the food—because it was phenomenal! Every guest appreciated it. The live dosa counter and live chaat counter were absolute crowd favourites and had everyone going back for seconds. The quality, taste, and presentation were exceptional, and our guests are still talking about it! The photography and videography team was another highlight. They were incredibly patient, energetic, and wonderful with the children. Getting so many excited kids to smile and pose is no easy task, but they captured every precious moment beautifully. What amazed us even more was that all the edited photos and videos were shared within just a day! The quality was outstanding, and now we have the most beautiful memories to cherish forever. What truly makes this place special isn't just the venue—it's the people. Their warmth, commitment, attention to detail, and passion for creating memorable celebrations shine through in everything they do. A huge thank you to Jhanvi, Om, the owner, and the entire team for making our son's 5th birthday so special. You didn't just host a party—you created memories that our family will treasure forever. Without a doubt, this is the ultimate destination for children's birthday parties. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. 10/10 experience, and highly, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Read More
