Extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience. We were charged ₹1800 for 90 minutes for one child and one accompanying adult (my nanny). However, after taking full payment, the staff refused to allow the adult inside simply because she was carrying a 1-year-old child. Instead, she was made to stand outside the play area for almost an hour (picture below), without a chair to even sit on. This is absurd to say the least. An infant who cannot even use 95% of the equipment was treated as a “policy violation,” yet there was no hesitation in charging the full amount. If such a rigid and unreasonable policy exists, it should it be enforced in such an inconsiderate manner? This shows a complete lack of basic customer sensitivity and zero flexibility for families. Policies are meant to ensure safety and fairness, not to inconvenience and exploit customers. Would strongly caution parents, especially those with younger children, before visiting.Read More

The place is very good, unique and though expensive worth the price. The only reason to give this rating is the reception and security interaction was very poor. The reason I went to the place was to check for my kids birthday. But, unfortunately the lady who said she would come to talk to me, didn't come for 15 to 20 minutes then I requested her staff to call her. She came gave some ad-hoc info which I could barely comprehend and she said she will be back. I was there for 90 minutes but she never came back. So its good for visiting but not for birthday parties as they are not interested in aswering queries and listening completely to the need. During the end when we had to leave. There was a gate that opens after scanning the code. I did that and my child went through it but the door closed and he was hurt on both his hands and he is 3 years old. Severe injury was avoided as I put my hand. This happened just at the reception and in front of security but there was no action or no one even bothered.. Otherwise facility, plag area, the staff inside were super awesome. The problem was security and reception staff. I am not sure at reception whether it was staff or owner.Read More

We recently celebrated our Son’s 3rd birthday at this wonderful play area, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, everything was so well-organized, vibrant, and perfectly designed for young kids. The play zones were safe, clean, and incredibly engaging, and the energy throughout the party was just amazing. The staff were so warm, attentive, and helpful, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. What made it even more special for us as parents was seeing our little one so happy and carefree on his big day. It created memories we will cherish for a long time.
