🙏 Welcome to our Zankar Navratri Mahotsav! To ensure everyone enjoys safely and comfortably, please follow these important guidelines:

📌 Entry & Tickets

1. Carry your entry pass / ticket (digital or printed) for hassle-free entry.

2. Please arrive early to avoid long queues.

3. Wristbands will be provided at entry – keep them on throughout the event.

👗 Dress Code & Tradition

4. Traditional attire (chaniya choli / kediyu) is encouraged to maintain the festive spirit.

5. Please avoid indecent or inappropriate clothing.

🕺 Garba Guidelines

6. Follow the circle flow during Garba and Raas – no opposite direction dancing.

7. Avoid pushing or blocking other dancers.

8. If you feel unwell, move out of the circle immediately.

🚫 Safety & Restrictions

9. Outside food, drinks, alcohol, tobacco, and smoking are strictly prohibited.

10. Sharp objects, glass items, or weapons are not allowed.

11. Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians.

🍴 Food & Water

12. Food stalls and water counters are available inside the ground.

13. Please use dustbins provided at the venue – let’s keep the ground clean.

🎶 Respect & Culture

14. Respect the singers, musicians, and fellow attendees.

15. Do not disturb ongoing performances with unnecessary whistles or shouts.

16. Photography & videography are allowed but do not obstruct dancers.

🚗 Parking & Transport

17. Follow parking instructions given by security staff.

18. Do not leave valuables in your vehicles.

19. Consider using public transport or carpooling to reduce traffic.

21. Volunteers and security personnel will be present throughout the event for assistance.
