I recently visited F9 Go Karting and would rate the experience as average overall. The place has decent potential and is fine if you’re looking for a one-time or casual go-karting experience, but it didn’t fully live up to expectations. One of the main issues was the kart itself. The kart I drove did not have very good control—steering felt unstable at times, especially while taking turns, which reduced confidence and overall enjoyment. Another drawback was the track condition. The road felt a little bumpy in multiple sections, making the ride less smooth. Instead of focusing on racing and speed, you end up being cautious due to the uneven surface. A smoother and better-maintained track would significantly improve the experience. In terms of pricing, the lowest option available was ₹1100 for 17 minutes, which feels a bit expensive considering the kart control and track quality. For that price, a better driving experience is expected. On the positive side, the staff was okay and the setup is acceptable for beginners or people trying go-karting for the first time. Went here on a Sat evening and it was busy with a waiting period of over 35 min. Paying at reception and getting assistance was smooth and the lady at reception was helpful. Waiting for your turn was longer then what we get told and staff at the entry point was a bit rude or may be it was overwhelming for him to handle so much crowd and their queries. There are no clear instructions for your turn and how will we be notified, don't know. It would be better if they can put a display board for the turn.once on the track, it was fun and we enjoyed a lot.Read More

I recently went go-karting here in Gurgaon, and while the activity itself is fun, my overall experience was a bit disappointing considering the price. The biggest issue is that the track is extremely small, especially for the amount they charge. We paid around ₹1800 per person, and for that price the track felt quite short and limited, so the experience ended very quickly. Another very disappointing part was that they do not allow pictures or videos. When you’re paying that much money for an activity like go-karting, you naturally want to capture a few pictures or videos as memories. It’s not something most people do every day, so having some photos would have made the experience much more enjoyable. We even requested one of the staff members to click a picture for us. A staff member did take a photo, but it felt like he was doing it very reluctantly, just because we asked. There was very little interest in helping or engaging with customers, which made the interaction feel quite disappointing. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving without even a single good picture from the experience. The picture and video that I have posted is taken by me when I entered the venue of other people driving. My suggestion to the management would be to improve the customer experience policies. If personal photography isn’t allowed for safety reasons, they could at least have staff available to take photos or offer a proper photography option for guests. I do not recommend booking through District or any third-party app. They prioritise people with direct bookings. I booked a slot for 6:00 pm and arrived at 5:40 pm. It's past 7:15, and we are still waiting like morons, whereas people who came after us with so-called direct walk-ins are already finished. Do not fall into the trap of extra minutes or any discount; it costs you your time. At last, I am done waiting and leaving with my wasted time. Management has given an extension for a month but what's the point if someone's special day has already been spoiled?Read More
