1. Registration close two days prior to the event date & refunds & cancellations will not be processed.

2. Participants will be added to a WhatsApp group for updates two days prior to the event.

3. Respect all attendees, the environment, and follow guidelines for interacting with the outdoors and waste disposal; harassment and discrimination are not tolerated.

4. Acknowledge the risks, follow safety instructions, and understand organizers are not liable for injuries or damages.

5. Consent to being photographed and recorded (opt-out by notifying organizers), with media used for promotional purposes.
