Cook with us by keeping the following ingredients ready:

For the Trail Mix:

• 40g - Boiled or canned Red kidney beans ( Rajma ) 
• 40g - Boiled chickpeas ( white chana)
• 50g cashew nuts
• 25g pumpkin seeds
• 25g sunflower seeds
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil or avocado or safflower oil
• 1 tbsp paprika or red chili powder
• 1 tbsp cumin powder ( jeera powder)
• Rock Salt or sea salt
• Crushed black pepper
• 2-3 Garlic cloves or 1 tbsp garlic powder
• Chili flakes
• 2 tbsp pure honey or pure maple syrup

For the Red Bean Hummus:

• 1 cup kidney beans (rajma), cooked and cooled
• 1 clove garlic, finely diced
• ½ tsp chilli powder, or to taste
• ½ tsp salt, or to taste
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• Lime or lemon juice, to taste
• Dash of olive oil
• Dash of water
