Eddie Izzard has been hailed as one of the foremost stand-ups of his generation. Often referred to as The Lost Python (a title bestowed by the legendary Monty Python group themselves), he began his career as a street performer in London before having a succession of sell-out and critically-acclaimed International tours including DEFINITE ARTICLE, DRESS TO KILL, GLORIOUS and STRIPPED and numerous awards including two Emmys. He has sold out Madison Square Garden Arena in New York and the Hollywood Bowl.

He is also a respected film, theatre and TV actor with performances in Valkyrie, Ocean's Twelve, Ocean's Thirteen and Treasure Island.

The Force Majeure Tour is the most extensive comedy tour, which will see him performing in over 30 countries around the world. This is his first performance in India.
