1. Reporting Time:

- Participants must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match time.

- Late reporting may lead to disqualification or a walkover awarded to the opponent.

2. Format and Rules:

- Match formats (knockout, round robin, best-of series) will be specified on the event listing.

- Standard rules of each respective sport or game will be followed.

- Decisions made by referees or tournament officials will be final and binding.

3. Player Conduct:

- Players are expected to maintain fair play and sportsmanlike conduct at all times.

- Any misconduct, damage to property, or use of abusive language will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Equipment:

- Players may use personal equipment (cue sticks, controllers) if permitted for the tournament.

- House equipment will also be available if required.

- Unauthorised software modifications, cheats, or hacks (for esports/PlayStation tournaments) are strictly prohibited.

5. Prizes and Awards:

- Winners and runners-up will receive trophies, and/or cash prizes as announced in the tournament details.

- Prize distribution will happen immediately after the event finals.

6. General Guidelines:

- Food and beverages are available at the venue. Outside food is not allowed inside the gaming or playing zones.

- Smoking, alcohol, and any banned substances are prohibited during the event.

- Participants must adhere to all safety instructions and venue guidelines issued by Glued Supercharged.

7. Cancellations and Refunds:

- Registration is non-refundable once booked through District unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

8. Photography and Videography Consent:

- By registering and participating, players consent to photography and videography during the event for promotional purposes.

9. Gameplay & Participation Guidelines:

- All rounds will take place on the same day. Players who qualify must continue playing to remain in the competition—opting out after qualifying will be considered a forfeit. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
