Harmony Circle: The circles give us the time to slow down & look at our lives and question our beliefs. If we feel comfortable, we can share or we can just come to listen. It is an unburdening experience as we are able to see things in a new light.

Gratitude

I want things & experiences,

To complete me, fulfil me,

Make me more than,

What I think I am.

I keep running after,

Possessions & attachments

But as soon as I get one,

I want more, I want better.

Whatever I have, seems less,

Nothing ever seems to,

Meet my expectations,

Give me what it promised.

In this quest to have more,

I never feel enough,

I am always running behind,

Playing catch up.

I am never fully here,

And can never be grateful, 

For all that I have been given,

Even without asking..
