TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Lost or damaged pass will not be entertained.
• Alcohol will not be served inside the venue. 
• A drunkard (drunk person) will not be allowed entry inside the venue. 
• Re-entry is strictly not allowed.
• Firearms, sharp objects, inflammable materials, cameras, bottles, cans or tins are strictly prohibited.
• No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue. 
• The rights of admission are reserved with the management. 
• The management reserves the right to frisk the pass holders at entry points for security reasons & expects cooperation from pass holders end.
• Usage of any sort of audio or video equipment is prohibited.
• The management does not take any responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings or any injury that the pass holders may incur during the event 
• The event is subjected to force majeure conditions.
• The starting time of the event may be changed without any prior notification. 
• The management or the venue is not liable for any duplicate reproduction of passes by unauthorized sources 
• The pass is not valid if security features are tempered and stands non-refundable 
• Parking at owner‘s risk.
• Wristband shall be shown whenever asked.
• In case of any damage individual responsible has to bear the expenses.
• In case of any legal proceedings, the decision would be subject to Bhopal jurisdiction only 
• A government-issued valid photo ID may be requested at entry.
• Unwanted behaviour will not be overlooked.
• Purchasing the ticket implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions of the event.
• The management reserves the right to cancel or modify the Event and amend these terms without any prior notice.
