About the Event

The wholesome Kerala Appam & Ishtew is a favorite from our Big Canteen Brunch at The Bombay Canteen! This dish is supremely comforting, easy to make and always reminds Chef TZac of home. 


Although traditionally eaten for breakfast, the Appam and Ishtew is rather versatile and can be relished pretty much any time of the day. Plus it’s such a quick fix especially when you have a bunch of house chores to do on the side. So we thought why not teach you how to make this brunch favourite for our next online cooking workshop, so you can treat yourself and your loved ones to this classic Malayali recipe!


For this digital cooking workshop, you will have two options for purchasing tickets

Option 1 - Ticket for the workshop only

Option 2 - Ticket for the workshop + ingredients

You can also add an Appam Pan during step 3 of checking out to make this learning and cooking experience a seamless one for you!
