What is the age policy for purchasing tickets and stadium entry?

Accepted Answer

Children aged 2 years and above require a ticket to enter the stadium. Children below 2 years do not require a ticket but will not be allocated a separate seat. They must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

Do I need a physical ticket to enter the stadium for purchases made on District?

Accepted Answer

This is a digital entry event. You do not need a physical copy of the ticket to access the stadium. In the profile section, you can access your digital ticket from the app.

Are International Payments allowed while buying tickets?

Accepted Answer

You can make payments using international credit cards except Amex cards. While using the credit card: Verify that the international purchase facility is toggled on. The transaction limit on the card is checked. In case the error persists, we request you contact your bank for further queries.
