1) Entry Guidelines

Gates open at 5:00 PM.

Entry allowed only with a valid pass/QR code.

Kids below 10 years enter free.

Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.

2) Dandiya Sticks

Sticks will be available at the venue for all attendees on first come first serve basis.

Attendees are also allowed to bring their own decorated dandiya sticks.

3) Dress Code

Traditional/ethnic attire encouraged (Lehenga, Chaniya Choli, Kurta-Pyjama, Indo-fusion).

4) Parking & Transport

Parking is at Owner's risk.

Limited parking available at the venue on first-come-first-serve basis.

We recommend using cabs/ride-sharing or public transport for convenience.

5) Food & Beverages

Multiple food stalls with festive delicacies available inside the venue.

Outside food & drinks are not allowed.

6) Prohibited Items

Alcohol, cigarettes, or any intoxicants strictly prohibited.

No weapons, sharp objects, or harmful items.

Management reserves right to check bags for security.

7) General Rules

Respect fellow attendees while dancing — avoid pushing or rough play.

Management will not be responsible for any loss/theft of personal belongings.

All attendees must follow venue security & volunteer instructions.

8) Photography & Media

The event will be covered by official photographers/videographers.

By entering, attendees give consent to be photographed/recorded for promotional use.

9) Charity Purpose

All proceeds from Jalsa 9.0 go towards social causes supported by the organizing committee.
