UDAAN | Krishna Baldev Vaid


Four married women, who are neighbors and fast friends, spontaneously decide to break away from the drudgery of their daily lives to spend a day doing exactly as they please as they traverse the streets of Delhi, causing many an eyebrow to rise around them.

A man reminisces about how his dreams crisscrossed with those of the woman who was the love of his life, till one day, the moment of reckoning arrived.

ABOUT THE TEAM


Girija Oak-Godbole


Girija is an actress, singer, and entrepreneur based out of Mumbai. Girija has done commercial and critically acclaimed work in Marathi, Hindi, and Gujarati theatre, films, television, and OTT. Apart from appearing in over 60 television commercials, she has also been part of films like Taare Zameen Par, Shor In The City, Qala, and OTT series like Cartel and Modern Love: Mumbai and critically acclaimed plays like Don Special in Marathi and Dear Father in Gujarati and a recent musical called Mahanagar ke Jugnu. Girija comes from a musical family and is currently learning the Dhrupad genre of Classical Music under the tutelage of Shree Manoj Saraf.


ISHITA SHARMA


Founder & CEO, MukkaMaar | Bachelor of Arts (English Literature & Psychology) | M.Sc. Human Development | Trained in Kathak, Yoga, Martial-arts, and Theatre | Acted in leading roles in Feature films in English, Hindi, and Tamil, over 50 ad films, TV shows, and plays | 6-year entrepreneurial stint running a performing arts studio | Ishita has been awarded the ExpressAWE award, 'Social Entrepreneur of the Year' by Financial Express group and FICCI.


JAIMINI PATHAK


Jaimini Pathak is an actor, theatre director-producer, and writer. He has acted in 50 plays and directed 20 so far. His current plays include MAHADEVBHAI (1892-1942) and LAGHU. He is a regular face in cinema and web shows. Some of his recent work includes SCAM 1992, TVF PITCHERS, and SCOOP. He has written many plays for children, in addition to having been the co-editor of PTNotes, a monthly theatre newsletter published by Prithvi Theatre. He wrote a theatre column for the Indian Express called IN THE GREEN ROOM.
