Rajeshwari Phadtare is a master-composter and has been associated with the skill for the past couple of years. Each year she composts 1000 kgs of organic waste in her home and conducts workshops for housing societies and students. Via her workshops Rajeshwari creates awareness about composting and how people can do their bit to divert their waste from dumpsites.
