This hands-on masterclass will take you behind the scenes of two exquisite dishes:


- Modern Karnataka Chicken Saaru

A redefined take on the traditional spicy, brothy chicken curry — with roasted chicken from the oven and a delicately smoked stovetop sauce using a native Indian technique. 


- Ripe Jackfruit Madeleine

A creative interpretation of a familiar South Indian dessert notes — ripe jackfruit and coconut transformed into a pillowy soft, slightly sticky madeleine. A format that’s new, yet deeply rooted in memory.
