This term 'Load mat le yaar' has a history to itself, there was a time when 'tension mat le yaar' used to be on the tongues of every person. 

But it's said by a wise human don't exactly know by man or woman, the wise human said -with great power comes great responsibilities, hearing this term an engineer got too motivated that he took the term literally and started using it in an engineers way! i.e load mat le yaar! Hah
