Terms & Conditions:

(i) Request guests to come at least half an hour before the scheduled time.

(ii) Pets are not allowed inside the cruiser vessel.

(iii) First come first serve basis, only 30 cars can be parked inside the Fee parking area of the park.

Child Policy: 

Child below 8 year - 50% chargeable

Child below 3 years - complimentary

Cancellation Policy : No refund on confirmed bookings. Vessel sailing dates may be withdrawn at any time due to Govt.

Requirement or emergencies beyond the control of the ¨Company¨ with or without prior notice. In that case full advance money will be refunded by the ¨Company¨ without any compensation to the ¨User¨. Carrier may for any reason at any time and without prior notice, cancel (if not filled at least upto 6 passenger),

Postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or any activity on or off the Vessel, or substitute another vessel.
