Mandala, which is a Sanskrit word for “circle” is a geometric design that holds a great deal of symbolism in Asian cultures. Outwardly, Mandalas are believed to represent the universe and inwardly they are used as an instrument to focus attention. It is a calming meditative practice like that of other forms of art which will unleash your creativity.
