About the Event

Mat Pilates is a full body workout performed with a mix of body weight and the use of Pilates balls. It involves slow controlled movements which creates mind to muscle connection and heavily encourages to breathe through activating different muscle groups. It is challenging to both the body and mind and targets stability balance mobility flexibility posture and overall strength.


Strengthen & Sculpt: Mat Pilates with a Twist! Experience a full-body Mat Pilates workout designed to:

  • Sculpt your core
  •  and build overall strength
  • Improve mind-body connection for better coordination
  • Enhance mobility flexibility stability and balance

We'll use slow controlled movements with an emphasis on proper form to target all major muscle groups.


Get ready to spice things up! We'll incorporate a small Pilates ball to add an extra challenge and keep your workout dynamic. This is a great way to take your practice to the next level even if you're a beginner.


Ready to feel stronger more flexible and energized?


  • Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in
  • Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
  • A yoga mat (optional some studios may provide them)

This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
