About the Event

Mindfulness has been shown to help manage stress and anxiety. It can also help improve focus and concentration. Practising mindfulness regularly can lead to better emotional stability and enhance wellbeing and happiness.


Join us for a mindfulness course led by Dr. Saroj Dubey, created specifically for students. The course includes two sessions on Sundays - 1st and 8th November at 6:30 PM IST. Learn globally accepted techniques with proven results.
