Vijayakanth is an Indian actor, working in the Tamil film industry. He made his debut in Zakhmee (1975), followed by Kuzhandhai Esu (1984), Paatukku Oru Thalaivan (1989), Honest Raj (1994) and Vallarasu (2000). He has also starred in Aaj Ka Krantiveer (2004), Sabari (2007), Virudhagiri (2010), Maman Machan (2013), Sagaptham (2015) and Kasi Vishwanath (2016).
