Synopsis

Set during religious persecution in 1960s East Pakistan, ex-freedom fighter Nimai escapes with his family to Tripura after his daughter vanishes. While they build a new life among an indigenous community, love and ethnic tensions create heartbreak and renewed struggle for belonging and safety.
