Katherine Matilda Swinton is a British actress, model, and artist. She is known for her fierce performances infused with sheer acting talent. Tilda graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in English Literature. She has taken part in several stage performances as a college student and was part of the Royal Shakespeare Company. Some of Swinton’s best performances could be seen in Orlando, Only Lovers Left Alive, Michael Clayton and the Grand Budapest Hotel. She has won an Academy Award, BAFTA and has been nominated thrice for Golden Globes.
