An American actor and voice artist, Mark Hamill is best known for playing Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars film series. Having acted in several theater productions, Hamill’s long standing, extensive voice-acting has made him star as the Joker in the animated Batman series.  He enrolled at the  Los Angeles City College, majoring in drama before landing guest roles in soap operas. His Star Wars performances included him doing a major part of his stunts by himself, also winning several awards and honors. Hamill is also a passionate writer best known for co-creating the comic book miniseries called The Black Pearl.
