Pierce Brosnan is an Irish actor who gained worldwide recognition for being the fifth man to portray the fictional secret agent James Bond in the Eon Productions film series. Some of his other popular films include Dante’s Peak, Robinson Crusoe, Laws of Attraction and Mamma Mia! Winner of several awards and accolades, he was also given an honorary OBE by Britain's ambassador to Ireland in the year 2003. He is a graduate of the prestigious acting course at the Drama Centre London. Brosnan also owns his own production company called Irish DreamTime.
