Best recognized for playing the character of Rey in the Star Wars films, Daisy Ridley is an English actress who primarily appeared in short films and on television before the life-changing role was offered to her. Her performances have won her a series of awards and nominations since 2015. Previously, Ridley had also won a scholarship to Tring Park School for the Performing Arts in Hertfordshire. She is also celebrated for her role in Murder on the Orient Express, the 2017 film adaptation of an Agatha Christie novel of the same name.
