Mumbai Short and Documentary Film Festival – Edition 1

FilmyBees Cine Club’s initiative Short and Documentary launches the inaugural edition of the Mumbai Short and Documentary Film Festival — a two-day celebration of global independent cinema.

The festival features a curated selection of 35 short and documentary films from 12 countries, offering a compelling tapestry of voices, cultures, and narratives. From deeply personal stories to globally relevant themes, the programme reflects the dynamic possibilities of the short and documentary format.

– Segment 1: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• 18 May, 2025

– Segment 3: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

This first edition marks the beginning of a platform that honours independent storytelling through powerful, diverse cinematic expressions.
