HOW TO MANIFEST EMOTIONS?

Come attend a wholesome two day workshop where you will understand the 9 primary emotions - NAVRASA, using a classical scientific technique based on the Natyashastra. Here we learn and practice a biological process that equips you to be aware of your emotions and gives you the tools to create any emotion at your will.

Day 1: An introduction to the nine primary emotions and their universal biological process. This technique helps identify the emotions in their true unconditioned sense and provides tools to manifest emotions at your will.

Day 2: Using various tools from clowning, movement, text work, improv and storytelling, we will explore, apply and play with the nine primary emotions.
