By purchasing a ticket and attending live concert, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before attending the event.

1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy

Ticket Sales: Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer.

Event Changes: The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, performers, or venue at any time. No compensation will be provided in case of a change in the lineup.

2. Event Entry

Valid Tickets Required: Attendees must present a valid ticket (physical or e-ticket) to enter the venue. A valid photo ID may be required for verification.

Admission Rights: The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any attendee without a valid ticket or those who fail to adhere to the venue’s security or safety policies.

Late Arrival: Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter until a suitable break in the performance, depending on the venue's policy.

3. Prohibited Items

Professional Cameras and Drones are Prohibited.

Banned Items: Weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, large bags, or other dangerous items will not be allowed inside the venue.

Alcohol and Food: Outside food or beverages may not be permitted.

4. Behavioural Expectations

Respectful Behaviour: Attendees must act in a respectful manner toward others. Disruptive behaviour, including loud or aggressive actions, will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.

No Harassment: Harassment or discrimination of any kind toward fellow attendees or performers is strictly prohibited.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.

5. Health and Safety

Emergency Situations: In case of emergency, follow the instructions provided by venue staff. Emergency exits and evacuation routes are clearly marked.

6. Filming and Broadcasting

Recording Consent: By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in any photography, video, or audio recordings made during the concert. You consent to the use of your image or voice in any promotional materials, social media, or broadcast content, without compensation.

7. Liability and Responsibility

Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the concert due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters, or government restrictions), the event organizers will notify ticket holders and provide information on rescheduling or refund options, if applicable.

The event organizer is not responsible for any disruptions caused by weather conditions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Attendee Responsibility: The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property during the event. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.

Injury or Loss: The event organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the event unless due to the organizers' negligence.

8. Parking and Transportation

Parking: Attendees must use designated parking facilities and comply with parking regulations.

Transportation: The event organizers are not responsible for transportation to or from the venue.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The event organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on the event’s official website or social media channels.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Important Note: By purchasing a ticket and attending live concert, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from attending the event.
