• Customer has to purchase a minimum ticket of Rs.499 from the registered ticketing to participate in the event.

• Tickets once sold will be non-refundable/transferrable.

• Food partners are responsible for the quality of the products. Any disputes related to quality/services shall be settled with individual food outlets.

• Entry ticket once purchased, is not refundable under any circumstances.

• By purchasing the ticket, the customer has automatically agreed to the terms and conditions of the event.

• Drinking shall be allowed only to adults above the age of 25 all the govt norms need to be complied.

• Tickets can only be bought through Paytm Insider. No cash transactions for the entry shall be authorized.

• No two offers can be clubbed with each other.

• The customer can buy 1 ticket and participate in all the games. 

• The decision of the Mall Management will the binding and final in case of any disputes.
